THE CHALLENGE
Situated on the bank high above Old Hickory Lake, the Revery Point were designed to maximize the commanding views of the waterfront. The buildings were conceived as a ‘stacked twin’ model with the units having three walls open to the exterior and one common wall. Units range in size from 2,700 s.f. to 1,800 s.f. and have direct access to an underground parking garage. Particular attention was paid to sound isolation between the individual units and the floor ceiling assembly, ensuring the privacy of the residents.
