THE CHALLENGE
Adaptive re-use of an historical structure, a horse barn constructed in that once was the centerpiece of one of the thoroughbred horse farms in Tennessee which produced the world chamption walking horse Haynes Peacock. The re-purposed facility has welcomed millions of visitors to Saturn, telling the company’s story.
Manous Design provided comprehensive architectural and structural and civil engineering services plus interior, landscape and lighting design. Manous Design managed all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services.
