Foxland Harbor LLC
Community clubhouse and events center, including new dining room, bar, commercial kitchen and locker facilities.
Originally constructed in 1828, the historic Foxland Hall has served multiple residential uses throughout the decades. Manous Design was hired to preserve the character of the property while completely re-purposing the structure for commercial and assembly uses. The mansion was stripped back to its antebellum origins with all non-historic additions being removed. A 100 year old Bald Cypress tree which had to be removed from the site was processed and used extensively in the new wood trim in the project.
Manous Design provided all architectural, civil, structural and MPE design services for the project.
Budget for additions and renovations are expected to range from 1.75 to 2 million dollars
