THE CHALLENGE
To position the Club on its hilltop location to take advantage of the surrounding panoramic view, while integrating a complex design program involving multiple dining rooms, common areas, a commercial kitchen, a golf pro shop, offices, and maintenance and operational facilities.
Manous Design provided comprehensive architectural and structural engineering services plus interior, landscape and lighting design. Manous Design managed all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services.
