THE CHALLENGE
Originally constructed in 1968, Custom Packaging is an industry leader in specialty, corrugated products. Manous Design was hired to add a new corporate office to the outdated structure. This entailed a complete tear-down and re-construction of the office all the while maintaining business operation at the facility.
Manous Design provided all architectural, civil, structural and MPE, landscape, lighting and interior design services for the project.
