This project is a 72-bed skilled nursing facility that will be constructed in two phases. The Pavilion is designed to incorporate new concepts in delivery of patient-focused care, such as private rooms designed and equipped for every stage of treatment. It will be the anchor for an extensive, surrounding senior living community, offering varying levels of care and independent living options.

Manous Design provided comprehensive architectural, structural, and civil engineering services plus interior, landscape and lighting design. Manous Design managed all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection engineering services, and managed the commercial kitchen consultant.
