To preserve as much green space as possible on tight, urban site while meeting the Owner's requirments for building size and required parking. In response the building is being placed as close to the street as possible to reinforce the street scape and screen vehicle parking. Several 'green building' concepts were carefully examined with the most impactive such as a 30 KW solar array being incorporated into the design of the project.
